Aims & values

Blossom Education provides a caring, safe environment that fosters awakening, autonomy and socialization. We partner with families to support each child.

Hours & punctuality

Nursery: Mon–Fri 7:00–18:30 • Sat 8:00–15:00. Kindergarten: 7:00–18:00. Please respect drop-off and pick-up times. Repeated late pick-ups may lead to fees or a meeting.

Attendance & absences

Please inform us in case of absence or delay. Repeated, unjustified absences may affect pedagogical organization.

Health & medication

Tell us about any health condition, allergies or treatments. Medication is administered only with a prescription and written authorization. A feverish/contagious child must stay home. If needed, first aid and, where necessary, transport to a clinic (parental authorization required).

Safety & hygiene

Access is secure. Hygiene rules (hand washing, clean spaces) apply to all. Dangerous objects are forbidden.

Image rights

Photos/videos are taken and shared only with parental consent. Consent can be withdrawn anytime through the Parent Portal.

Family–staff communication

Regular exchanges (notebook, app, Parent Portal) help with follow-up and important information. Keep your contact details up to date (phone, email).

Tuition fees & payments

Fees and due dates are indicated at enrollment. Payment is made via the proposed methods (e.g., CinetPay). Invoices are available in the Parent Portal. Any payment incident must be resolved promptly.

Behavior & respect

Respectful behavior is expected toward children, families and staff. Inappropriate words or actions may lead to measures including temporary or permanent exclusion.

Personal belongings

Label the child’s belongings (clothes, bottle, comforter). Avoid valuables. The school is not responsible for losses involving non-essential items.

Outings & permissions

Educational outings are supervised and require parental permission. Authorized pick-up persons must be declared in the Parent Portal (with ID).

Emergencies & continuity

In emergencies (health, weather, etc.), the school may adapt hours or procedures. Parents are informed via available channels (SMS, email, app).

Acceptance of the rules

Enrollment constitutes acceptance of these rules by the parent/legal guardian. Rules may change; the up-to-date version is published on the website.
